Put Considerable Thought Into The Décor Of Your Wedding Venue

Your wedding day is intended to be the most perfect and happy day of your life and in order that for that to be the case it is necessary to put a lot of thought and consideration into it. One of the most important aspects of Indian wedding decorations is the décor of the venue where the wedding is being held, and that of the reception also if it is in a different place. The venue needs to be like something out of a dream, so that your guests will be astounded, and you will have photos that you will drool over for a lifetime.

The focal point of the ceremony has to be the wedding stage, and a good idea is to have this raised a little above the floor level in order to emphasise the importance of the bride and groom. Today is their day, and they are "above" everyone else not just metaphorically but literally. Obviously, it needs a superb backdrop, and you can let your imagination run wild with this. Indian wedding decorations in the UK are the same as they are in India and need to make the guests gasp with astonishment and excitement. Then they will have done their job perfectly. For the backdrop you can use plenty of drapes, and of course the wedding stage needs to be adorned with flowers. You can also add buntings and ribbons.

Flowers, of course, are an essential part of Indian wedding decorations at any wedding venue, and a good tip – if you are on a budget – is to use flowers that are in season in the UK. If you use imported flowers that are not in season here it is going to cost a lot. But we have some amazing flowers throughout the year, so why not use daffodils and primroses for a spring wedding? Or even bluebells for early summer? Daffodils look stunning and are as cheap as chips. Bluebells and primroses are even cheaper because you can gather them from the woods for nothing!

Don't forget the lighting, either. Lighting can play a very important part in Indian wedding decorations in the ambience of the venue, so give it due consideration.
